REX Development offers a full range economic development services in Greater New Haven, Connecticut.  Created in 1996, REX was formed as the economic development entity for the fifteen towns served by the South Central Regional Council of Governments (SCRCOG).

The Department of Economic and Community Development provides access to valuable information on the many programs and services they offer to help businesses grow and succeed, revitalize communities and neighborhoods, and ensure quality housing.
The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Connecticut State University System, public and private partners throughout Connecticut. SBDC provides a wide array of management and technical assistance to business owners and entrepreneurs for strengthening business performance and sustainability.

The Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce is a business association of over 550 members, from sole proprietorships to large international companies, and local non-profit organizations. Through a full calendar of events and programs, the Chamber supports business and community growth, provides legislative, educational and marketing opportunities to it's members.
